Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this 15s gr0007au recently and I am having issues with product registration. I could not find model name the page.Screenshot (1).png

OK, the image is showing up now -- but there is nothing WE can do about this.

 

As already mentioned, you will have to contact HP Customer Support about this issue.
