On January 30, I purchased an extended warranty for my HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0023dx. I received a receipt and an email that the order was being processed. When I didn't hear back, 5 days ago I submitted a case through a dispute warranty link, attached my receipt, and received a reply that I would hear within 24 hours, and no response. Is there something else I should do for HP to fulfill the purchase?
