registered in back to college offer, but not neither received any mail nor any redimption code

i had purchased one new hp laptop 15-ac198tu on 15.08.2016 from Reliance degital store, bilaspur c.g.  Also registered for back to college offer. I neither received any mail from hp nor any redimption code from hp.

Kindly help me.
