well I thought it felt that it should be addressed that when I try to go onto minecraft.net it just says "cannot reach the page" and I am connected to wifi and for another thing is that I am unable to download minecraft from xbox or the playstore can someone shed some light on this subject?

The "playstore" is an Android source and can not be used for Windows PCs.

 

We can not help you with the Minecraft software issues -- since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with the Minecraft issues, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.
