Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I was taking the toefl home edition test on my laptop, and their browser went fine until the speaking part. The browser won' t record any voices for the speaking part and toefl said they have never encountered problem like this. Do I need to change any specific settings or update? Thank you
