Product: hp elitebook 8440p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm sure you have seen this before. In device manager I get unknown device. Under hardware Ids the value is ACPI\HPQ0004.

Next line is *HPQ0004.

How do I find what this device is and what drivers I need.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
