update impossible

Hi. I am unable to update Windows 10 becourse there is too little space on (c). I have used a usb with 16Gb which has still over 10Gb room left, but the update wants still more room on (c). I dont have any files or apps or anything that I have put on the computer, so I have absolutely no idea how I will be able to make more room on the computer. I have average skills so I dont dare remove anything that I dont know what it is. 

I have also tried to make the computer as it was when I bought it, dont know the word for it in english. But the computer needs more space to make more space... catch 22! 

Help!

Hi.

Thanks. I browsed through the article and it sounds like my problem. Unfortunately it also sounds like something that I will have a problem to resolve, as I am not that good with computers. I will have to give it a good thought if I will try or if I will have to buy a new ´computer. Now with a lot more Gb storage space. It just makes me so mad that the computer I bought is just over one year old and even though it wasnt that expensive, it wasnt exactly for free either.
