Never used leap motion on HP Envy 17 Leap Motion SE NB PC.  Speccy lists Leap Motion Controller, but I don't know how to use it.  Now have 2 partially amputated fingers on each so  maybe it will not help?  Need to know how to start to try it. WIN 10 64

What is your machine ? it could be 8 or 9 years old now. I did test it but gave up.They may develop more features now. More info
