windows 11 home 64

Good morning, I have a problem with my new hp .

yesterday after turning it on for the first time and carried out all the initial installation and update procedures, at the first start I appeared several errors:

1)VCRUNTIME140. DLL is not intended for windows usage or contains an error

2)VCRUNTIME140_1DLL is not intended for the use of windows or contains an error

3)WebWiew2loader.dll is not intended for windows use or contains an error

4)squite3.dll is not intended for windows use or contains an error

I tried to reinstall VC++ 2015.I tried with cmd but when I enter the entry "regsvr32 /u VCRUNTIME140.dll"gives me this error:the module "vcruntime 140dll" was loaded but the entry point dllunregisterserver was not found.
make sure that "vcruntime140dll" is a valid ocx or dll file and then try again.

I also tried to factory reset, but the problem remains.
