Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (457S2AV)

Hi

I purchased my laptop on 24th November 2022 from Amazon but the warranty end date is shown as 27th October 2023 on the HP website, which is only 11 months. The dispute link is not displayed for me. I would like to know how I can correct the warranty details.

I see that you are facing warranty issues with your HP product wherein the warranty expiration date is not correct.

 

Please follow the steps from this document to submit a dispute to validate your warranty.
