Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U8AV)

From the past the few weeks I can't be able to update my software. now its showing device is missing important update i tried many times to update the software, but I can't its always stuck on 100% even i wait for two to three hours but it's not getting install because of that I won't getting new updates.

my second problem is that why I can't be able to update my software and pc application on private Wi-Fi network.

please help me to fix this problem. I'm providing my contact details below.
