Hi:
If your notebook originally came with W10 from HP, the W10 OEM key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS.
You can install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it will show you the W10 OEM product key and the version of W10 the key is good for.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, if there is no W10 product key showing in the report, no one here will be able to help you.
Somehow the original product key must have been removed from the BIOS, which is very unusual.
The report should have shown two product keys:
The Installed key which would have been the fake key and the OEM key which would be the orginal product key.
Also it should have provided a description of the version of W10 installed.
This is what the report looks like from my PC running W11 Pro.
The installed key is the same as the OEM key because I had recently clean installed W11, but the PC came with W10 Pro.

I really appreciate your help, I recheck it and I found this and I do not know what it means, :
Windows Product Information
Product Name: Windows 10 Pro

Installed Key: XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX
OEM Key:XXXXX-XXXX-XXX-XXXXX-XXXX

I tried the OEM Key, but it did not work why??

You're very welcome.
OK, here's the problem which you can easily fix.
Your installed version of Windows is W10 Pro, but the OEM product key is for W10 Home which is what the OEM Edition: Win 10 RTM Core OEM:DM means.
In order for the W10 Pro key to have worked the OEM edition should have read exactly as it did what I posted...OEM Edition: Win 10 RTM Professional OEM:DM.
What you can do is one of these two options:
1: You can use the HP cloud recovery tool which will create a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility...You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
2. Make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the installation media, and it will automatically install the version of Windows the product key is good for (W10 Home).
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
If there is a reason that you need W10 Pro installed, after you get W10 Home installed, here is the way to upgrade from Home to Pro.
Naturally, you will need to pay for the upgrade--something around $100 USD.
