İntel UHD graphics 620 Zoom meeting virtual background problem

HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion dh0000 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When the virtual background feature is turned on in the zoom program gives a warning like

"Computer doesnt meet requirements" . It is up to the manufacturer of the laptop to resolve this situation. Anyone have any suggestions for a solution? There are suggestions to install new drivers in intel forms, but it didn't work for many people.

@muratn

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting an error when you change the background in the Zoom app.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
