Здравствуйте!

Не работают кнопки (клавиши) изменения яркости "fn+F2" и "fn+F3", остальные fn-кнопки (регулировка звука, управление плеером и др.) работают.
В настройках ОС возможность регулировки яркости экрана отсутствует.

 

Установлена ОС Windows10 Корпоративная LTSC, Build 17763.

Драйверами sp112336.exe, sp108767.exe, sp111480.exe, sp108952.exe, sp111596.exe, sp111614.exe, sp108825.exe, sp108824.exe, указанными на сайте HP для этого ноутбука, не поддерживается OS Build 17763.

 

Что делать?

"The buttons (keys) for changing the brightness "fn + F2" and "fn + F3" do not work, the rest of the fn-buttons (volume control, player control, etc.) work.
There is no option to adjust the screen brightness in the OS settings.

 

Installed Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC, Build 17763.

OS Build 17763 is not supported by the sp112336.exe, sp108767.exe, sp111480.exe, sp108952.exe, sp111596.exe, sp111614.exe, sp108825.exe, sp108824.exe drivers listed on the HP website for this laptop.

 

What to do?"
The issue was resolved by installing the graphics driver from the site Intel.
