10-K010NR touch screen no longer working when updated to Windows 10 as well as audio

 I have for a length of time been dealing with this issue as it was at first inconvenient however I have come to a point where I would like to use these features to get this machine back in production. It still works and moves quickly however since the upgrade to Windows 10 it currently does not have touch screen or Audio capabilities. I am able to use the Touch features in BIOS which I know it is not a hardware problem but something that has happened in the software that is causing issues. Please help, I have reinstalled drivers and had BIOS updates but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Am I using the incorrect version of drivers for Windows 10 ? I appreciate any assistance I can get on this.
