Hi,

I just bought an HP 15s-fq2526TU and I'm trying to connect 2 external monitors.  I bought a KIik KCMPSAD usb-c docking station but I can't get signal to the monitors.

Please help!

Thanks,

upon more investigation I'm not sure if my model laptop supports DP through the USB-C but not sure how to find out.

Can I use a USB 3 - HDMI or VGA adapter?

@Alex881

Its specs

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c07583275

It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine
  • Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter

You can use USB-3 to HDMI with DisplayLink Certified adapter to connect more external monitor.

Regards.
