I can not find the specs of the HP 15s-fq5109ne machine. But it should have same ports as the following options

which shows it has (1) USB 3.2 Gen 1.0 Type-C port; 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported) port.
As you can see, that port does NOT support Alt Mode.
