HP Spectra x360 15-eboo43dx all in one laptop

2/3rda of screen flickers, but when I cast to tv or add an external monitor, they do not flicker.  I have searched and updated drivers, still not fixed.  ran all sorts of diagnostics and nothing says I need a new display, please advise or suggest
