I've been having this issue for the past week where whenever I close my laptop lid or my laptop falls asleep and I go to turn it back on, the screen remains black but all the lights on the keyboard are lit up. I have to hold the power button down for 10-15 secs and wait for all the lights turn off then hit the power button again then it'll turn on after a bit. Before this issue, I had an issue where my credentials couldn't be verified. For both issues I tried restarting my laptop. It worked for the credentials issue but the black screening is still an issue and is very annoying. Is this something I have to go in to get fixed or do I just have to keep restarting my laptop...
