40% of brightness.

Hp leftside top edge screen is blinking if i keep my hp laptop brightness to 40%. 

But when I keep the brightness for 50 - 80 % the display isn't blinking in top leftside area. 

Note: when I download and install the intel graphics drivers straight away from intel website and check the issue but that time there is no issue. But when i uninstall the intel graphics drivers and install the hp video graphics driver then the issue is there. 

I think HP didn't  redesign the drivers properly for there own hp laptop drands. It's very very shame.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display driver.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

I have two more question

1. When hp will release drivers for 20h2 ?

2. Why when we install the fresh windows installation for ssd or M.2 drive why that time our boot drive ( pen drive ) not showing in F9 boot menu.

I do not have any information about when the drivers will be available for the 20H2 Windows version.

When you boot using the USB drive you need to disable the secure boot and enable legacy support in the BIOS and the USB drive will show up in the boot menu.

Thank you for your reply, I have finally four more question.

1. If we disable secure mode then it's not harm for our laptop? 

2. If we install windows 10 via portable cd/dvd drive then that time also do we need to disable the secure boot?

3. If you don't mind can you confirm me whether nvme drive is support for my model (hp 15s- du1014tu) or not ? If it's support then what is the highest capacity I can use for laptop?

4.Why normally when we used the usb 3.1 gen1 port the power consumption is low (for 10 minutes power waste is only 15%) but when I used the usb 3.1 C port the power consumption is high (for 10 minutes power waste is 27%) why is that ?  But data transmit speed is 35mb/s for usb 3.1 gen1 and usb 3.1 C port. Why C port consume too much of power?.
