Product: HP ZBook Power G7 Mobile Workstation (10J85AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I want to connect my laptop through HDMI with a 144 Hz monitor, but while gaming, it still only gives 60 Hz options for display instead of 144 Hz (or even 120 Hz). Is my laptop able to run a game on a higher refresh rate than 60 Hz, or is this the maximum? If it is possible, how can i fix this?

Hi @Bram-uva
Via HDMI you cannot have 144 Hz, it has an HDMI 1.4 (4K @60 hz) port, but via the USB-C (DP) port you can have that frequency but with a screen resolution of 1080p
