Product: HP Chromebook x360 14a-cb0000 (360C4AV)

A section of my Chromebook's display is NOT responding to any kind of gesture, be it the touchpad on the device or touch gestures or an external mouse. The Chromebook is suitable to be used as a laptop or as a Tablet device layout. The said portion is not responding in any form of usage. The device is only about 6-7 months old.
