Hi everyone, I need your help.
I bought my Pavilion 15 eh0xxx at the end of March 2021 in Brussels and it is still under warranty (ending in March 2023). My noisy fan will be replaced by HP -hopefully - but I have another serious issue. I have a bug in/inside my screen. A small dead bug, under the screen film. I have sent photos to HP in Brussels, I have shown Mediamarkt technical services (not the seller of the laptop), asking them one thing: what is the policy of HP on that? Will they replace the screen? Is that covered by the warranty? How did the insect get there? As I am told the parts of the screen are 'glued' in most lengths of the sides! How did the insect that I saw 'walking' before dying to be finally stacked there? From manufacturing? How did it pass quality control? So many issues and unknown HP policies. Any ideas? Should I keep it as a piece of good HP manufacturing?
PS. The technician did not arrive at the scheduled date for the repair at my office. Does that mean something?
