The properties of the video adapter indicate 512 MB of dedicated memory for the need for a graphics chip, I also know about a way to increase the amount of video memory from the RAM (by allocating additional volume to the BIOS). In the BIOS of this laptop, I did not find the settings that would be responsible for this (as, in principle, there are many important settings missing, but now not about that), is there any way to solve this problem (BIOS updated to the latest possible version from the official website of the laptop manufacturer )? Has anyone come across a similar one?

Integrated video (iGPU) does not have room for keep VRAM, it relies on System. System will work this out and allocate/assign spare/available system RAM to VRAM automatically when required up to max limit. System will also take VRAM back when required (the number is dynamic, not fix). During the good old days, we could do this from BIOS but now OS is smarter.
The following document shows Max shared RAM for Intel iGPU versions

Note: Recently people post Youtube on internet saying they can change using Regedit. Many people try but the results are unpredictable.

it looks like you will have to modify the bios yourself. the fact that they answered and gave a useless example about intel does not display an answer about ryzen, it's just an excuse. through the video card monitoring application, it can be seen that the amount of memory under loads does not increase and remains fixed at 512 MB. if you believe that the system itself takes how much memory it needs, then why did the volume make exactly 512 and not 128 MB, for example??? perhaps HP did this on purpose, but it is not yet clear why. probably afraid that more expensive products will not be bought.
