Product: Pavilion dv7- 4285dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgrade my pc windows 7 to 10.  After I installed AMD drivers my laptop stuck, get more than two minutes to power on and second time power on show black screen.

Hi:

 

Since your notebook has the Intel/AMD switchable graphics, that configuration is not supported in W8, W8.1 or W10, and no drivers exist to get it to work.

 

Your only option would be to revert back to W7 if you want to continue to use your notebook.
