@Akram4870

You should NOT be downloading drivers from AMD for laptops; instead, you should use ONLY the drivers from HP.

And the problem is that HP does not provide any Win10 drivers for your model; thus, you have no option for updating the drivers.

That said, there are others on this forum that have access to drivers I do not have, so if they come along and point you to a working HP Win10 driver for your model, you might be able to update the drivers.

The drives used to work before from AMD. Anyways I didn't download the drives this time. But what about the drivers downloaded automatically from windows update? they are proper ones or not?

Right now I have disabled the and GPU from the device manager and my laptop works fine for my uni work but I'm unable to play games.

What is the solution ?

As the other guy said, there are no WIN10 drivers for your AMD gpu. But there is gpu drivers for win 8.1, might as well experiment. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-g6-Notebook-PC-series/5226244/model/525...

Also, we have the same notebook and the same problem. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Video-Display-and-Touch/HP-Pavilion-G6-Radeon-graphics-card-i...

I guess we are both stuck in eternal gpu hell.
