AMD radeon R5 m330 issue with intel hd graphics 620

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello There!


I Bought brand new HP Notebook few days ago Model ay-102tu 


Windows 10 pro 64-bit

core i5 (7th generation)

4GB DDR4 Ram 

500 GB HDD

Intel HD Graphics 620 (working fine)

AMD Radeon R5 m330 (2gb dedicated (have error) ) 
when i startup my notebook after windows startup few seonds screen gone blanked for 2 3 seconds and  message displayed 
""Driver Has Respond working and has been recoverd""

sometimes it moves to BSOD 

I have also followed TDR delay but nothing worked  

i thought that was driver issue so i re install win10 pro and install the latest amd driver from HP support assistant and also from amd site (AMD catalyst)

MY NOTEBOOK began to slow and take 2 3 mins for startup after amd driver installation 

i have tried every single method to fix amd card but not worked 

so i unistall amd driver and now my pc is fast enough for startup 

 but i cannot play games on intel graphics 
SO i request To All Please provide me a better way to fix amd radeon r5 m330 for my hp notebook

Thanks for the post, I understand you are getting an error for a driver not responding correctly. Kudos to you for installing the latest driver from the AMD website. I would like to provide my suggestion.
