Troubleshooting black screen issues on HP Notebooks: Click here to view the instructions!

Envy x360 15in Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I do not know the extension after the laptop id.  I saw some ink pens that said that they worked on certain x360 laptops but not others. I would like to get an ACTIVE ink pen that includes an eraser and other features. I guess that is what is called an 'active' bluetooth pen. Is that so?

So what does HP have that will work on my laptop. ?

I plan to buy another hp soon so I ask will it also work on a newer model laptop or all in one?

Not all computers with touchscreens support a digitizer / stylus.

There are a LOT of Envy x360 models.

Those models that support a stylus be identified but we must know the model of the computer to be of any help to you.

See:  HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?

New computers are a different story - as mentioned "not every touchscreen supports a digitizer".  One thing to look for when shopping around is whether the computer supports "Windows Ink".  You can also ask at the HP Store - the store provides chat and a phone number, too.
