Product: HP Laptop 15-bs0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am trying to set up my 2nd monitor which is a HP2009m with old VGA technology.  I bought a VGA to HDMI convertor and went through the set up but still can't detect the monitor through the display set up.  Not sure what to do next.  Does this laptop even support a 2nd monitor?

Are you trying to setup dual display for the first time.
