Does HP provide advance replacements if I need to RMA my laptop? When I purchased my laptop from Amazon, it was defective and had a bent folding monitor hinge. The screen has always been crooked and now the back laptop panel is starting to separate from the screen itself. I'm fairly sure if I continue to use it, eventually the screen is going to fail.
I use this laptop for school every day and can't send it to HP for 2 weeks while it gets repaired. Does anyone know if HP would send a replacement unit to me and allow me to return my laptop back to them? According to their warranty policy this is an option but I'm not sure which of their products it applies too.
