After Installing my dGPU drivers the laptop works for a while and the completely freezes up leaving me to shut down using the power button.I have tried downloading all versions of the Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630 drivers but experienced the same issue also tried using DDU on safe mode to uninstall the drivers and installed a fresh copy of windows nothing works laptop works fine if I disable or uninstall the device but then I do any graphic intensive tasks if I could get some help here I would truly appreciate it 🙏

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer freezes when you use the graphics driver.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then run a system test on the computer to make sure whether it is a software or a hardware issue.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
