After a few minutes of inactivity, my laptop screen turns black

Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc1xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a few minutes of inactivity, my laptop screen turns black. After this, I'm unable to see the screen even after pressing buttons of keyboard/ clicking mouse and I've to shut down and restart the laptop using the power button. Any suggestions regarding the issue ?
