Zbook 14u G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last week, while using the latop, the trackpad just stopped working all together, so i used a mouse to finish what i needed to do.

On reboot, windows did updates, then trackpad seems to not work, but can see the mouse pointer jumping around the top of the screen.

I did driver rollback, which seemed to work, but no gestures working, and cannot scroll using 2 fingers on trackpad.

Latest driver from HP site does the same with erratic pointer.

I've completely removed the drivers, the software, re-installed, but still not working, either erratic pointer, or pointer works ok, but only seen as a PS/2 mouse, with no gestures at all.

HP site has firmware update available for the Synaptic trackpad, but this will not install, claiming no Synaptic device detected.

What else can i try?
