After you upgrade Windows 10 video card driver problem

Hi @johncarterone,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I read about your issue with the Graphic driver crashing on your HP Pavilion g6-1308et Notebook. Here is a link to the Windows Update Troubleshooter. It is a download that will help fix issues that might be causing issues with updates.

Please let me know how this goes.

Hi @johncarterone,

Turning off updates you can try this for Windows 10, this http://ow.ly/YPxlK. That way it will not change the driver.

Thanks.
