Product: HP Pavilion 27 Quantum Dot 27-inch Display

All of a sudden my second monitor is blank (after restarting the computer), I did not change anything. Changing cables (Dispay port), does not make a difference. Disconnecting power etc, no results.

I can see the second monitor under settings and expand is, but not ideniify it.

On the backside ot the monitor there is a kind of switch but it does not respond (HP did not provide such info). May be the monitor is defect but how do I check that?
