HP Recommended

Hi there,

 

For some time now the touchscreen, mouse and fingerprint sensor stop working on my HP Envy laptop.

All drivers are up to date.
It stopped working with Windows 10. I had hoped that the Windows 11 update would solve it. Unfortunately this hasn't been the case.

Now during typing this it has happened again. This time the typing slowed and I got a Blue screen of death. 

 

Any suggestions of how to fix this are most welcome,
