I received my HP ENVY x360 - 13-ay0009na yesterday and I have noticed that the hinges are bent/misaligned slightly and there is an awful reddish/yellow tint on the screen which I am not sure how to fix. After doing some research I have found that both of these issues are common with hp quality control and its down to luck if you get a product with a bad screen and bad hinges or not. Can you please help me remedy these issues? I have a 3 year hp care pack if that helps.
