Black screen after bios update

Im on an Hp Pavillion Gaming Laptop and tried to update my bios, after the update process my screen went completely black and I can’t see anything on my external monitor. I have integrated graphics but they are turned off because it causes issues with my Nvidia GPU and other stuff. How can I fix this?
