Black screen after restart

HP Recommended
OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1001na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Booting laptop is ok, screen working fine. After introducing pin and loading, the screen goes black. Only the cursor can be seen. I can open task manager but that's pretty much it. I tried all the suggested solutions on HP page like BIOS update, system test(everything works fine), etc. The only thing that I can't do is hard reset. No matter how many times I tried to hold the power button for 15 sec, nothing happens.
