Dear All, 

I have been facing issues while reviving the laptop once the display is turned off. For example, if I select, display turn off after 1 minute then the screen goes black after 1 minute. Subsequently, when I try to resume work, the laptop doesn't respond. I can see LEDs blinking (presumably to recognize me) but there is nothing on the screen (i.e., black screen). In such case, the only option is to restart the laptop. I tried updating the laptop (HP and Windows updates). Also, I tried enabling BIOS default settings (as per one of the posts on the HP forum) but nothing works. Your assistance to resolve this issue will be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
