OMEN Laptop - 15-en0002ax
Microsoft Windows 11

My screen on hp omen 15 got blank when I was working on it and then restarted. Now it's not showing anything when I restart it.

I already tried connecting an external monitor to it and it working fine but it's always showing auto repair screen. I tried every different thing to rectify the problem but the display on my laptop is still not working. Please help

I see that your system is stuck on the black screen. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software changes to it?
