Spectre X360 model 15-ch008ca
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tutor math online so I'm writing in OneNote in tablet mode while talking.  The HP Pen exhibited this problem so I bought a Bamboo pen and the problem persists.

Offline the pens are pretty good, only skipping occasionally. Using Zoom the problem is annoying and occurs often.  Using Skype the pens are essentially useless as the skipping is so bad I can't even write. I've had to migrate students from Skype to Zoom the problem is so ridiculously bad. I find it interesting that the pens' performances are different using different tools.

I know this has been a problem reported before by many people, has this been resolved?  I just had my machine's W10 updated by a professional and the problem persists.

This is unacceptable for the amount I paid for this machine.  Unfortunately I was not using it for this purpose in the first year so there is no more warranty.  If I can't resolve this I will sell this laptop and go to a different manufacturer.

Thank you!
