Product: HP EliteBook 850 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer is 2 months old.  Camera is not working.  No video image during video meeting.  No image in simple windows camera function.    HP Camera driver is up to date.

PC is updated to Windows 10 Pro 20H2.    Camera driver is HP HD Camera, Chicony, driver date 10/5/2020,  Driver version 5.0.8.33.   Can someone tell me what is the problem? How to fix it?   Thank you very much!

are you sure you didn't move the shutter and covered the camera ?
