I an using an HP ProBook 440 G5. I recently updated my Windows 10 (64-Bit) 22H2. The update also updated my BIOS.
Ever since this update, Fn+F3 and Fn+F4 have stopped functioning as my brightness action key shortcuts (that reduce/increase my screen brightness).
I have tried the following to no avail:
Updated all my device drivers (even the HP Hotkey Support - UWP)
Upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
However, the problem remains unresolved.
When I was on Windows 10, every time I pressed Fn+F3 or Fn+F4, it would show me an empty popup titled "HP Hotkey Support" with an OK button. On Windows 11, it doesn't show that popup either.
Any ideas how I can get my brightness action keys working again?
