Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
hello experts,               I had updated my system in win 10 pro. after this I have no other issue except my brightness button is not working. I have installed all of driver that I get from HP official website and installed it, but it is not yet working. I have HP Pavilion 15 cs-2096tx model laptop. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you

Please download and install the hotkey software:

 

   https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp85001-85500/sp85423.exe
