Product: hp 460 g11, hp firefly 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brightness can't be changed via slider or button shortcuts. Reboot with disconnecting all devices does help but the issue returns.

Have you tried reinstalling or updating the graphics driver? This is a very common cause of brightness issues, so if you haven’t updated it yet, please do that.
