Dear community,

I bought my hp laptop just months ago in Amazon. from the starting day, I am noticing that my laptop's brightness-control is non-functional.

here the brightness keys f2 and f3 when pressed just show the visual bar on the screen, but there is no actual change in the brightness at all.

here is my laptop's ID:15q-dy0004AU. it's working on windows 10 64 bit.

I request the community to give a solution.
