Product: HP Probook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Probook has an issue with adjusting the brightness level. I can only change it through the settings, the brightness buttons on the keypad don't work. Any suggestions on what I need to do to fix it? I've had the laptop for just a few months now, so I don't think it's from wear and tear.

Hello

 

a driver is missing. it's named: HP HotKeys driver.

 

look in HP Support web pages where you can find the driver for your Probook.

 

otherwise write here the exact model abd somehelp will help you to find the driver
