HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15-eb0053dx

My HP Stylus Pen for my New Spectre broke, the cap that slides back so you can get to the charging port is stuck halfway between open and closed. Best Buy says they can't replace it unless I send the whole computer and pen back. I have tried to get ahold of HP, but the phone servant sticks in a loop asking which product. SO, How do I get my pen replaced by HP?

@655848,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Open up a Warranty claim with HP through this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty, or go to: https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/contact.html

1.) Tap "Go" under "Contact support"
2.) Select the "HP Virtual Repair Center" option
3.) Choose "PC repair" (or Warranty if offered)
4.) Choose "Contact us" under "Help with broken parts and problems not solved with support tools"
5.) You may have to "Add a new product" and fill in requested information
6.) Provide the details about your issue and select the warranty service option
As per https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=9GB30UA, your Stylus has HP p/n: L95615-001 ("Zenvo Pen Nightfall Black wCable")

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
