I have purchased my laptop from US, and then i moved india, my screen got broken due to some reason, and my laptop is under warranty. it US warranty valid in india? and can this problem be solved under this warranty section?

Since you bought your machine in the US, most likely you have to send your machine to the US under warranty repair fix. BUT did you but accidental damages cover ? If not, you have to contact HP in the US or in your country directly to work this out.

Note:   HP Global Warranty covers HP products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. For example, a product purchased in country "A" and moved to country "B" receives the current warranty coverage provided by country "B" (if that product is marketed or supported in country B).
